Yesterday was a lift day. I got in a medium intensity resistance workout. I ate "poorly" calorie wise but I'm happy I exceeded my protein goal. I met all activity goals. BF up .3%
70.2 kg Lost so far: 13.7 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
