Yesterday we didn't eat a traditional dinner. We attended a Watermelon festival. We brought snacks(can of cashews and individual cheese packs) from the grocery store to eat as we walked around. I purchased a small Bean Pie from one of the vendors and ate about 90% of it. I rarely see them sold and didn't want to miss an opportunity. When we returned home we made some crab, shrimp and pasta salad. Who can avoid tasting some. The result was that I ate "Poorly" at 120% of goal and met all activity goals. BF up .2
71.3 kg Lost so far: 12.7 kg.    Still to go: 1.0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
