I know I said I would weigh weekly from Monday but got to excited because I thought I felt lighter but was only .2 down so then got disappointed so it will be weekly from today .Hope you all have a good day

Any loss is is a win, you probably feel lighter because you are getting healthier.weight doesnt always go down, sometimes you have built some muscle which is heavier than fat So you may have lost more fat than shows on the scales.best of luck,keep going, your doing well
