The rain has returned which has been missed but looking forward to some more sunshine.

I have broken the 13 st barrier and full steam ahead to my target 🎯.

So no processed biscuits, cakes, bread, pies, pasta, rice and potatoes is doing the trick.

1800 calories a day and a 40/40/20 carb/fat/protein split is currently working.
