Morning everyone, I’m happy with the small loss .. got a few work training days and family birthdays so next few weeks are going to be a challenge..
This week I’ve ...
1 .. still drinking around 3 litres of water ..
2.. gym I’ve started to increase some weights ?
3.. cardio is still 15 mins cross trainer x 6 days
Like to increase slightly going against some advice I’m getting by staff ( less cardio to build/tone muscle )
Shopping today ... so a few coffee shops for me 😄

83.1 kg Lost so far: 8.7 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Cardio is good and won’t effect ur bulking in fact it helps with the Oxg/energy transportation around your body Look at push pull legs routines to build muscle It’s gruelling and if you put a good effort in you’ll probably not have the energy left to do cardio 6 days a week !
