Had a shock this morning - lost another 1 lb! Currently on the train to Dawlish for today's 10 miler!! Eek 😯
59.9 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Today was a bit of a slog, especially in the heat!! However the views from Mamhead Obelisk were worth the effort 🤗 With the walk home from the train station it was in the region of 11 miles in total, which was just as well as it was a friend's birthday! A slice of lemon drizzle case and 3 bitesize flapjacks clocked up 400 calories, naughty but nice!!😁
