Hi ..
well started my first fast 9pm last Sunday
- and lasted till 9pm Thursday? 🤔not a full fast I kept my skinny flat whites and protein shakes .. found first 2 days very hard .. with my job as a Posti by day 3 god it was hard .. no energy .. by Thursday at 9 pm needed to say that’s long enough .. id probably do a 24 hr fast in the future ..
1.. I drank around 3 litres of water a day 👍
2 .. scales went down 4.3 kg during fast , now I’m back to eating gone up a little ..
3 ... I’m not convinced fasting is a good thing for me but at least I’ve tried it ..
4.. still kept going to gym and with my post round it was getting harder ..
So some lessons learnt I guess .. hope your having a good weekend and not been to bad after yesterday’s World Cup win .. 😀x
83.4 kg Lost so far: 8.4 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
