I didn't record my weight last week because I didn't loose any which I was surprised at. Then I reviewed my charts and came to conclusion that I was actually not eating enough. I am very active person burning over 3000 kcal every day and eating 1200-1400 kcal a day just wasn't enough. so I upped my calorie intake to 1700 - 1900 and here are the results. Happy with the loss. Especially that I am getting so toned recently with all the exercise I can't stop looking at my body 😂😂 I don't mean I look like Beyonce (yet) but from the fat blob I was to now are worlds apart. my stomach is getting flat, hips are no longer bumpy but have hourglass shape and my thighs are so much less wobbly and getting normal shape and best of all.. all the squats are doing the trick and my bum has lifted and shaped so much I keep touching it all the time 😂🤣😅 I can't help myself as it is so hard to believe and I'm so happy. Obviously I have a long long way to go but size 14 is not obese anymore and now I can focus on toning and shaping and consider wearing swim suit on my holidays in August.. will see as my legs are my worst feature and I hate having them out. Great to hear your story , I'm sure your also feeling so much fitter & finding exercise much more fun too after such excellent results , kick starting your metabolism again has proved that theory to eat full maintenance for 1 day a week & for a full week in every 12 can really work.

bft12 thank you, yes this is what's best in all of it! I feel so energised and doing loads of physical stuff is not that horrible now. This week I did 3 boxing sessions and every other night and yesterday I spent painting and gardening to get my garden summer ready which left me more sore than the gym 😂 but it feels good in a way as I know it's muscles in the making 😊

glad to see you are getting your body confidence back, for me it is my shape that makes me dress in baggy black clothes to hide the fat. well done you, size 14 is good and you seem to be well toned too, enjoy your new you :)
