Weigh in today: 164.4 pounds and 34.2% bodyfat
When I was at my heaviest two years ago, I was 183 and 40% bodyfat, so I have lost about 2 pounds of muscle and 16.6 pounds of fat. Been on a plateau for the month, but now that summer is officially here I hope to be outside and walking more. I have a new stroller that I am hoping to adapt for my birds so looking to take them out for 20 minutes in the morning for a change of pace for all of us. If I get that together, I will take a picture! No special thing to report today - feeling well, no smoothie today but getting to it tomorrow again, just didn't feel like getting the blender dirty this morning so I grabbed a nut bar instead. I have watermelon for lunch so that will be yummy. Going to take a class now! Have a great Wednesday!
