沒肉也沒菜 今天都是碳水水果 這樣好餓😆 整天餐都沒蛋白質 是養肌肉的餐嗎? 因為我不太懂養肌肉餵什麼呵

菇類含有豐富的角蛋白和纖維,而且低熱量。@里昂 可以考慮增加菇類食譜,像那個「明天見」和「木耳」應該對你有所助益。😄😄

而且里昂 綠色蔬菜,尤其深綠色大葉菜類的多吃點比較好喔。葉菜類燙一燙沒啥熱量啦,安心吃。
