Well today is Saturday, weigh in I GAINED 2 LBS. I thought I had lost wait . So I am very upset !!! I have been cutting down on coffee ( started this past week ) coffee keeps me FILLED, and do not feel hungry. Different because I was hungry on those days. So I am going back to drinking coffee, every day because I will not gain weight. So I will let me know what you think.

I don't drink coffee, but I am a tea drinker. I understand coffee drinkers need for coffee. It helps when I get the munchies and can't stand the thought of just another glass of water. If coffee helps you get through the diet days, I say go for it.

I love coffee too, it definitely helps curb my hunger and desire to eat. I mix in tea as well. Not a ton, just a half a cup here and there. Hugs!
