Why is my progress so slow! 😭 Last Ramadan I was able to lose a whole stone on 1200 calories. This year, it's already been half way and I've only lost 4 pounds!
71.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 1.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
