40.6% I don't normally weigh in in the middle of the day (because usually the scale is unkind to me then!), but I knew I had lost weight so I checked it out. Definitely it was a lack of protein that was making me hungry and unbalancing me and causing those extra pounds. So I just couldn't help reporting that I am back down to where I was, and also, my bfp is lower than I can remember it being. I know its different during the day, but its still nice to see such a low (for me) level. When it gets down to 39%, I'll be in the overweight category, instead of "Obese." I will be very happy about that. :)

Got to get back to work. You know, this little loss just made my day and I am not so worried about all the work crap going on. Have fun, guys!

edited to note: oops, it changed my graph... for the record, I weighed in at 194 this morning. just a .6 loss, but pretty awesome for half a day! :)
