Maybe set my maintenance calories too high and 3 days binging in Amsterdam definitely didn’t help. Or retaining water.
Feeling shitty. I’ve read that you need to stay at maintenance for longer than 2 weeks so idk what to do.
61.7 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Don’t forget that maintenance isn’t sitting at exactly the same weight. You’ll fluctuate over a range so decide what range you find acceptable (probably by how clothes fit) and aim to be in that range. All the best!
