Slowly but surely the wieght is coming off. I'm trying to walk a few more steps every day and so far I'm managing to do so. Onwards an upwards. Uts my turn to open up the shop this morning so i know i will be on my feet for a few hours so that should help get my step count up a good bit. slow and steady wins the race.
