my first weigh in since I started my healthy eating plan and I'm feeling good. I did go out for a movie and a meal with my son yesterday, & the meal wasn't healthy; it was at an American diner but I think as long as I keep to my plan I should be ok. I've lost a few pounds and I'm happy with that. I'm going to lose a few more this coming week too. I'm not trying anymore, I'm doing.
118.3 kg Lost so far: 2.8 kg.    Still to go: 57.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
