心得:很平靜地度過今天,可喜可賀

Breakfast: 1 salad with oil vinegar dressing; 1 cup coffee
Lunch: 1 fake chicken popcorn (coated with oatmeal and egg); 0.5 cups broccoli; 1 baked egg
Dinner: 2 smoked chicken wings; 50 grams roast chicken; 1 cup edamame
Exercise: walk (4.0 miles/1 hour); crunches (50/5 minutes); abs roller (10x6/5 minutes); push-ups (30x2/3 minutes)
Thought: I feel happy that I peacefully went through today
99.4 kg Lost so far: 20.6 kg.    Still to go: 29.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

@MillaLite, thank you! Yes, I should definitely move beyond those numbers and figures and try to improve myself every day. I don't need to wait for a particular moment to change. I can start a new leaf as long as I feel like to. There's going to be different challenges and goals for me to achieve each day. I will be overcoming them, and that's how I feel anew every morning I wake up. You're so right. I've learned a lot from you today.

這是過去的某位FS之友Barkerlybetty教我的 我想分享給大家: 1. 原味優格、醬油醃雞肉1天 2. 取出雞肉沾蛋液,裹上燕麥、黑胡椒、紅椒粉和香蒜粉 3. 烤箱預熱220度烤20分鐘 不過我的作法省略了第一個步驟 第三步改用不鏽鋼平底鍋煎熟 味道不太像鹽酥雞 比較像介於肯德基和胖老爹的炸雞 我應該更名叫偽雞米花才對。

I want to share a recipe with you guys here. It's fake chicken popcorn (by Barkerlybetty): 1. Marinate diced chicken breast with soysauce and yoghurt and place in fridge for a day 2. Get chicken and dip with egg. Coat with oatmeal, paprika and black pepper. 3. Preheat the oven to 220°C or 430°F and bake for 20 minutes. For me, it does taste like KFC chicken popcorn.
