Hi Gaelicgal, I did enjoy my birthday but stayed on plan and had one small glass of white wine. Mike, my husband cooked chicken wrapped in bacon with cauliflower and broccoli and green beans, it was yummy! No cake, had strawberries and tiny bit of cream for pudding. Not much walking or exercise this past week hasn't helped! But onward and upward! Will be plenty of walking while on holiday! All packed and ready to go!
