I am .8 pounds away from losing 50 pounds! That means I am .8 pounds away from being 1/3 of the way till I hit my goal weight and I haven’t even been doing this for 4 months yet!
Hard work and persistence does pay off, I genuinely feel healthier and stronger and while I still feel held back by my weight, everyday that I keep going changes that.
I had 3 people last week tell me how noticeable my weight loss has been, that felt great because these are people I am around daily. I’m also in a XXL shirt or 1X and a size 18/20 fit semi comfortably now, when I started this I was wearing 4X shirts and a size 26 in pants.
I’m not where I want to be, but I’m also not where I used to be!
