stay positive! I always thought the same but I go week by week planning and sticking to what I planned. We all have bad days when we end up eating what we shouldn't, or feeling low. Keep your head up and you'll get there! 😘

You won't be unless you make a plan. And then you have to stick to it in the main. Put a few days' worth of foods into your diary and make sure you hit the calories and macros you've worked out are right for you. Then make sure you weigh everything you eat so that you're sticking to it. It sounds simple but it isn't unless you work at it. All the best!

Time to have a chat with yourself and get "in the zone" Visualise how happy and healthy you'll feel. Set small goals and keep fridge stocked. Put yourself first for a while, and be kind to yourself!

Try and get your head in the 'zone'. I found that to be half the battle. Once there, things are much easier to deal with. You can do this! 😁

I thought the same. a few months back and now I'm 2 lb off target! just as others have said here 'get in the zone' and STICK to it. good luck 😊👍

The easiest way to make sure you remain in control, is to batch cook your meals for the week or 2. Freeze them in the correct measurements to amount to your calories and macros. Remove the next days meals the night before from the freezer. You only need a couple of hours every 2 weeks to prep. Good luck and you are welcome to ask me for tips or guidance!

It's never too late to change, everyone has f**k ups we are all human after all! I agree with Allen I always mess up if I don't have a planned meal I think routine is very important! Make sure you have no excuses to fail; being hungry and wondering what to eat is an easy path to naughty foods... Don't be too hard on yourself and try again! ☺

Hi Jo. What are you thinking as you say that? I ask because really to be in control of your weight, you need to be in control of your mind and your thoughts are very powerful part of that. Hope today feels better X
