Had a terribly stessful weekend. Its difficult to focus on urself nd food intake when loved ones are hurting. But when u end up fasting without knowing it, then continue to consume the right foods for fuel, well hell has frozen over.. idk how i lost but i did. Im just grateful that my children are safe and healthy. Now i can go back to focusing on me. Have a nice week.

We all have those “not soo good days” but u have been doing well and the Maine thing is not staying down but GETTING BACK UP ON TRACK WHICH U HAVE DONE AND THATS A GOOD THING 😁👍🏼BE ENCOURAGED MY FRIEND !!!

Sucks about the crappy weekend, BUT..... You have just proven to yourself that the changes and habits you have made 'stick' though the times when mind is elsewhere. That is a non-trivial win all by itself. The drop is the cherry on top. Be proud of yourself for that!

Thanku jlente and confon.. i appreciate that. You are right about habits "sticking" and getti g back up. Thats the saga of this story. But i am proud that I didn't use the situation as an excuse to divert from my goal.. thanks again for the support. 😕.. .. .. ☺
