So I braved the scales 😞 oh well as expected it's a gain. but we move forward! I have also today for the first-time measured myself and will check it along weighing in as I do a lot of exercises and my weight can go up and down with water weight and I don't want to get upset like last week and go on a binge again. Ironically few people at work this week commented that I look slimmer 😂😂😂 so maybe I am getting leaner without losing the actual weight. I have been reading a lot on muscle building and exercise and average person will not gain more than 2 pounds of muscle a month so I am not lying to myself that what I put on is an actual lean mass however when starting intensive exercise programme the weight can go up and down in a range of as much as 6 pounds whilst body repairs itself!!! Very interesting learning all of that and understanding what happened last week was a good thing and if I stuck with it after couple more weeks I would see massive difference on the scale reading.. Never mind. lesson learned. I have less than 4 weeks until my holiday and want to get as close as possible to the 76kg mini goal I set myself. Stay positive everyone and have a great week ahead xx

Do some cardio with your weight program,it will give you the results your looking for.

Thanks all. Back in good place 😁 now thinking about it it is not as bad gain as I thought given my binge on last weekend and the fact I was out drinking this Friday.. with a massive hot dog on a drunken way home at 3 am and comfort eating on Saturday trying to cure hangover lol could be much worse. This week will be much better!!!
