You need at least 30ml of water for every kilogram. With your weight it must be 2.4l minimum. On a training day add another 1.5-2l. Water is very important. Proved.

Always keep a filled water bottle in hand. I have one at work, one at home and one in my bag for the gym. I add a tiny bit of no added sugar squash to make out a little more appealing. This helps me to take in 3-4 litres each day.
Well done on your loss :)

A tip to the wise..stay away from the protein powders they are very destructive to the kidneys..ask a Reno Dr.and have a blood count for kidney % function if you persist been there done that my kidneys are practically destroyed, no coming back from that. You can get your proteins from food, that's the ticket.and drink more water.
