Yesterday I did some yard work which I enjoyed. It often equals a gym visit. I didn't finish everything outside so I hope to play in the yard some more today. I love spring. I ate at 100% of goal, met all activity goals and my body fat is slightly down. I still feel pretty sore and puffy this morning. I'm going to try to work some of the soreness off on my Total Gym. Enjoy your day everybody...

One hour of yard work/gardening in more intensive than one hour of exercise class. I tested that this week.
