A bowl of Cheerios jumped out and bit me last night.
91.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

blue bunny snacks.....chocolate pretzel barkThins.....sea salt caramel yasso bars, walnuts, and finally crunchmaster crackers.....didn't have any Cheerios :-(

Last night I did something different. I ate 2 strips of bacon for a snack. Zero net carbs, 4 grams protein and 70 calories. It was very satisfying. It may be my new goto snack...
