Good drop. I have learned through my Fitbit this week that I am much more active then I thought and burn around 2500 kcal on average each day. This week I'm back to my boxing sessions so it would be interesting to see how much more I burn with them. Now my exams are over I have loads more free time so can tackle the garden ready for summer 😁 Have a great week guys! xx
