My plan is just to knuckle down and stick to my calories. Avoid carbohydrates as best I can. New report blames the NHS for the nations obesity due to its rules on carbs. https://www.express.co.uk/life-style/health/945376/NHS-obesity-advice-health-crisis-carbohydrates

Have you tried Man V Fat? Specially set up to help men lose weight. I joined their ManVFat Football League (Salford) and have lost just over 20 kg since starting. There could be a league near you. I'm 67 and never thought I'd be playing football. I've even started playing extra games and feeling fitter.

If it is anything like our guidelines (which puts bread, pasta, rice at the top of the food chain), it is the USA's reason for obesity too.

Sloopjohn B. Nothing near me, not that I think my arthritic knees and hips would manage football. I did manage a good walk today though.
