No surprise that there's no movement. I caved to popcorn, crumpets, nachos and biscuits this week. Doesn't help that I have two non-dieters at home as well as going out and about due to school holidays. New week starts today!
85.1 kg Lost so far: 27.1 kg.    Still to go: 17.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Oh I know how hard it is to stick to your plan when your non-diet husband is happily eating pizza/chicken wings/kebab.. but yeah, let's stay strong!

I couldn't have done this if OH wasn't on board as well. I have always had a dreadful sweet tooth.

So you are human after all... No worries though, it wasn't a gain so it's not a problem. I hope you have a great weekend and carry on nailing it next week.

it happens Yasmine, i aslo im near the hallmark but perserverance will get us thorough. like Dory says lets keep on pushing :)

I feel you! 3 boys just stuck indoors with rain and lists of games and movies! It all leads to snacking lol . Hopefully we can all get back to normality next week.
