You describe me perfectly, I don't get hungry until I start eating, very scary. What's working for me is having two fairly large meals per day and limiting my eating hours to between noon and 8p.m. - lunch usually round 1p.m. and dinner about 6p.m. I hope you find an eating pattern that works for you x

Looking at your food diary for the last few days it looks as if you’re not logging everything. You need to do that to help you monitor so you can adjust things later to lose. When you have breakfast, try make it higher protein than carbohydrate. That will help you feel fuller for longer. If you’re struggling with stopping eating once you start, delay the start. Read up about intermittent fasting (IF) and see if it suits you. There’s a good section on dietdoctor.com. No harm giving it a go at the very least. I hope these ideas help. Take care and look after yourself 🤗

I don’t generally eat until pm on weekdays.. IF seems to be working for me, but everyone is different. As Phooka says, record everything!.. then you can work out a plan Keep going and you’ll find what works fir you 😁

once you start feeling hungry eat something then if you still feel hungry afterwards drink plenty of water that should hopefully cut off the hunger bunny that's what i tend to do sometimes but now i tell myself your not hungry your bored and want to curb the bored ism eating late at night is not good idea due to the body storing fats which cannot be burned off until exercised as MarnieW states hope you find a balanced equilibrium 😊

I try and plan my meals for the week, it helps to search and find the food on this app and set macros for yourself. I am on 1400 calories a day and that’s made up of 140g of Carbs, 120g of Protein and 40g of Fat (3-5g either way on each) I use a good journal to plan and shop accordingly. Planner I use is made by Lavender Luxe Stationery - 12 week journal where you can record your losses/measurements and exercise plus lots more (@lavenderluxe_stationery on Instagram) or website. Good luck but you definitely need to plan!
