A week ago I was visiting a friend on ICU. He had had a cardiac arrest and unfortunately no-one found him in time. He was an accomplished musician, set up and led bands and was a phenomenal individual. He was fit and healthy and cycled 40 miles for a nice afternoon out. He was 33. So no, I've not ate well, slept well or lived well for the last week but now I have even more reason to work at this. Life is a gift we cannot waste
