The scale frustratingly said 60.9kg first thing this morning, but then I worked in the garden for an hour and before my shower it said 60.1kg so I'm feeling better about it. Eating out for lunch today so might jeopardize things a bit, but plan to hopefully counter it with another hour on the treadmill this evening while I watch series. Might fit in another hour tomorrow and keep to 1200cal and hope that will be enough.

Been working towards the weigh-in on Friday, the 1st, for about 11 months now so it will be slightly devastating if I don't make it to 60kg straight, but I've decided that will be it for me for a while. I want to enjoy December without counting calories (will still workout some) but will get back to tracking on the 8th of Jan. Already decided we will try a vegetarian diet then just as an experiment so will enjoy my bacon, burgers, braais and roasts before skipping it for a while.
