I ate a mini Dairyfine bar, then two snacksize Mars. 260cals. I don't regret a thing. It was goooood. lol. I've been good and cut my chocolate consumption in half, I just think I needed it today. I just wasn't satisfied with one mini bar like I usually am.

Lets do the maths. 1 Dairyfine + 2 Mars = 1 happy girl having her naughty day. Hell, you deserve it after the last few weeks you've done. Enjoy.

haha thanks Jim. Sweets are my Achilles heel, I don't care about anything else. It was just really needed yesterday. Lol Neil, I didn't eat them all in one sitting so that's a bit better than just gorging. Thanks for the praise 😄

you need a few treats ,i only do it on one day ,and normally add a extra 1000cals ,it works by boosting your metabolism ,only one day then strict :)

I too have a treat day, immediately after weigh in on a Thursday. That makes me feel better and is a motivator for the coming week. I have a strict 1500 cals Fri to Wed then a pig out after weigh in. I'm losing about 2-3 lbs per week.

That's great Kev! I'm doing 1300, dropped it down by 50 as the less you weigh the less calories you should eat. I'm loosing 1-2lb a week. I wasn't a huge eater, but I've slowly put it on over 20years.
