Today was okay. Breakfast was fantastic, and I did a good job at lunch, too, but my mouth was watering all day. By the time I got to Y's house I was like, "be quiet! I need food!" Maybe I'm really not eating enough. I've also been feeling very depressed about my love life. Now granted, its depressing, but that doesn't mean I need to dwell on it this much. By dinner time I couldn't wait to eat, and I had some tofu, and then I was going to eat salad, but it looked unappetizing and like too much work. So I grabbed for an english muffin. It appeared so yummy. Craving carbs, I think, from being so hungry. It was whole wheat so not unhealthy but I did not get my 4 cups of vegetables per day. I think I need to plan for snacks. But what? I hope I keep losing. I can do this.

Body fat percentages on a scale are really not very accurate at all. If you really want to know what your % is you need to do a skin fold test. I had a scale like that before and the % went up and down WILDLY on a daily basis, and it is just not possible for an inanimate object to hit it right on the money just based on an equation. There are too many variables, and your body fat doesn't go up and down that quick.
