been such a bad week have a bug or its my appendix the pain is coming and going. hard to eat and stay on track hope scales are ok. I hadn't eaten much yesterday then had a mcdonald's in hope make me feel better. after crying half the night in pain it was not worth it. fingers crossed I at least maintain.
