I am hopefully well on track to complete a very good diet day to catch back up after the lovely mini break that my OH and myself had over the weekend. First up this morning I ran 9.7 miles without stopping -Three and a half more miles than I had ever managed before. Then this afternoon I managed a 25 minute game of squash. It's fair to say that I am feeling a little sore at the moment. Tomorrow is an exercise rest day so hopefully I will recover fully for my usual Thursday long walk. Food wise so far today I am managing on 1738 calories, fingers crossed that I will survive without topping up later. I hope that you have all been very good people today because Father Christmas will notice
