Today when measuring a small amount of olive oil to fry peppers for my eggs, I used more than I would have to make it easier to record in my food diary! That, obviously, is not good. Mental note to use less next time or none at all.

not sure if I lost weight, or its just that I weighed on an empty stomach this time. We'll say I lost weight. ;)
