It's the right place and the right time for and extended fast. The 1st 7 days of the September, I averaged 82.70 net carbs (3 of the days under 35 net carbs). The last 7 days (9/5 - 9/11) , I averaged 50.17 net carbs (5 of the days under 35 net carbs). Both Sunday and Monday of this week, I didn't have any processed carbs / sugar cravings and I am surrounded by plenty of them in the office and at home.
My prior extended fasts, I struggled a bit within the 1st 24 - 48 hrs because the fasts were preceeded by high carb days. This time, my blood sugars appear to be stable (which explains the lack of evil cravings) and re-listening to The Complete guide to Fasting by Dr. Jason Fung and Jimmy Moore has got my head in the game and I am in it to win it.
Off I go.... (actually, I am already 12 hrs and 24 min into this Extended Fast)

This guy is on fire. I just walked 3.721 miles in 58:49 minutes in a white buttoned down shirt and khakis while Jimmy Moore schooled me on the his own fasting protocols. Afterwards, I had to stand for 5 minutes near giant floor vents blasting AC upwards into the lobby of my building before heading upstairs to my desk. No excuses, this FAT must go!!!!

@trishawtf to rest and restore my overworked pancreas and to stave off T2D.

Go get 'em, Ches! Sounds like just about the perfect set-up. Under 20 carbs would do it even beter. ;) You got this!

Way to go! I always find it interesting to notice things about how my body responds to things now. Good for you to take notice of this kind of stuff as well!
