It's just one blip in the road ches! You've already acknowledged it and now can move on. We're all human and none of us can be 100% all of the time. ❤️.

Hey, you logged it. Count the calories and keep it moving. Make sure you face the scale tomorrow. You never know. You may be surprised my friend...

You will be fine!

You ARE worthy! You have to allow yourself a treat every once in a while. It is no big deal.

Damage Control: Very next meal follow your meal plan 100%. For me, I must keep temptations away from me and out of my path because I know I have an extremely hard time resisting them. If I don't have them around, then I can't/won't eat them! Amiright?

Stop! We're human, we make mistakes. You get back on the horse and keep riding. It's a life time journey that will never end. Enjoy the ride! :-) ~ Andi

We all fudge on our diet, especially when we first start. You just have to give yourself time (2 weeks) then you will remember you are trying to lose weight. It gets easier, I'm three weeks in and it is beginning to sink in, no bad foods.

Ches we all stumble and fall down. Here take my hand my friend. Dust yourself off and get back on the path.

Not problem at all. I think having something that we call junk food is not a relapse. That is because we feel and think we are off track which I hope means the conscious effort keeps us on tract all the more. You are doing great.

Oh yeah. Wasn't thinking. How's uhm, I can't think of another word so I'll say cheat. Oooh.

Aren't we our toughest critic, brother?

You ARE worthy. And it's not that we can't have junk food -- it's that we have to learn what precious little of it we can eat without harming us. And THEN having the discipline to eat only that much!

Thanks all. I went for a quick ride on my motorcycle, back home and now I am having raspberry herbal tea. I will face the scale tomorrow and get back on track. I took it easy with exercise today but I will step it up tomorrow. I bought more avocados this afternoon and I’ve already logged the intended foods I will eat on Sunday. I’m hoping this wasn’t a big screw up. I will survive.

Sub 2500 calories and you're beating yourself up? Still in a deficit. Keep it up! I just had an Arby's meal and I am still on track. Gotta treat yourself.
