I am slowly weaning myself off LCHF and for the time being still maintaining a net deficit of circa 1000 cals. It's proving to be a struggle though and I have taken to lots of walking and a little jogging to help avoid snacking by going to the fridge. My scales are playing up and have got stuck. - All my muscles are sore and I have 15 mile walk lined up for Thursday with mate so today is a relax day . Looking forward to this long walk. Today I made myself a nice salad for lunch to avoid all the carbs about the house.
