Food snaps - My first Keto muffin breakfast lovely after an 16 hour IF - It tasted much nicer than it looked. Plus yesterdays 800 calorie lunch -Cheese and Avocado salad

They don't look great, do they? They taste good though so I'm not too worried about the appearance. The avocado salad looks nice

I think I should have put the egg in the cup first the the dry ingredients - I will do that next time - They are easy and do make bacon and egg much nicer - You can mop the plate with a bit of muffin.

I made a keto muffin last week with Parmesan cheese, it was really nice. I have never tried avocado's on their own, but i do quite like guacamole.
