Lovely bit of sun today at the close of the day so the BBQ is fired up; Another go at dauphinois potatoes is ongoing -No salt disasters so far and the ribeye is getting to RT.

Steak on a hot BBQ about two minutes a side -I can't wait

Churrasco? That's the Brazilian Portuguese, isn't it? Asado is Spanish, I believe. Braai is South African. Call it what you want, I'm still drooling! 🤤🤤🤤

Exactly, Phooka! Churrasco! I love it. We usually grill onions wrapped in foil to go with the meat, it melts in your mouth 🤤
