I'm recording my food intake on Myfitnesspal which syncs with my Fitbit dashboard .
I'm trying to maintain a calorie deficit of at least 500 calories and aiming for a loss of at least a pound a week. Yesterday was difficult because I was sitting doing crochet most of the day and hardly burning any calories so I was only being allowed just over 1,000 calories or my dashboard was going to show that I was over my allowance. I put the crochet away and went upstairs to do a load of ironing, so I am pleased with my self-control - I ended the day with a deficit of 639 and wasn't going to bed hungry. Sometimes the hardest thing to do is just to get up, get moving and don't dwell on negatives.
