Hubby and I have just been out to lunch with my brother and sis-in-law. I did choose with reasonable care but we had a complimentary half litre of wine which sis-in-law and I shared, so hence over 1000 cals for lunch alone today!
That means 3 days out of the last 7 I have exceeded my RDI and the remaining days I have been pretty close to my limit! Sometimes life just gets in the way!!!! 😉🍴 🍛🥂 and food!!!! 🤣
