That looks amazing. Did you enter the recipe on here so you know the nutrition/calories per portion? I have done it with everything my mum bakes as it can be different from store bought versions. Enjoy it though. Eat it slowly and savour every bite.

Well it was a smallish piece and it was rich and delicious. I won't need any cake for another 3 weeks, I have had my fix! I must admit I didn't enter it as homemade. I will do next time. We had a lovely but busy day, I am shattered so an early night for me.
