Really busy day and it's going to be a busy week. I was a bit low on calories today, i don't like going under 1200. Will eat better tomorrow as i am planning my foods before bed.

I went over by 200 yesterday meself, but I walked them off (no doggie, so was able to walk it off quicker than you... lol...) but I'm back on track... just had a brilliant warm tuna noodle salad for dinner and am trying to sip at my evening wine... lol... hope you have a fab dieting day tomorrow... :) xx
