Totally derailed by my lovely daughter last night - got home from work to find she'd made pizza for tea! from scratch, even the base, also some garlic dough balls - well it would be rude to say no! I estimated the calories and actually it was probably fewer as she didn't swamp it with cheese and the veg was all fresh and yummy! Ah well, on we go salad today for lunch again (I'm so hungry even cucumber sounds delicious) a little snack in the afternoon and maybe an omellette or tuna for dinner. Back to drinking more water too!
