well last day of holidays haven't been counting calories ir been on any specific diet but haven't been eating rubbish drank a few but walked every where ..back in UK tomorrow and l will start Friday .lm positive xx can't wait to get my dog out of jail.and walk him.
I'm going to go to the supermarket and only buy healthy food x
