Just gorged myself on 4 Fox's Crunch Creams delicious but wish I'd checked the calories first they tipped me over the edge!

On a good note went on my first run in I don't know how long and kept going where in the past I've given up and walked. Was only a short run compared to others but better than being sat down for that time...and I built up a sweat 😊
