Went to the doctors this morning and she was pleased with my progress. The wound weeping is caused by the remaining Over Granulation. She gave me the okay to restart cycling and was pleased with both my weight and my Blood Pressure. I then went next door to see the nurse, and she cauterised the remaining Over Granulation, and I now have a small dressing, and nothing else.
Yesterday I managed 31 flights of stairs and over 5000 steps and so far, I have walked 2.5 miles today.
Diet still not back on track, though I am reducing the Carbs. Once that starts to reduce the hunger I should be able to get back to RDI.
