Nightmare! I know it's only a couple of pounds, but I can feel them, I feel heavy. I need to crackdown because the weekend is when I usually relax. Ugh. I'm hoping it's just 'that time of the month' and I'll lose the weight again soon. Send skinny vibes my way!

I hate that feeling. Heavy, sluggish, jeans feel tight, extra couple of pounds feeling. But the good thing about it is that it only takes a few days to get rid of those critters. Skinny vibes, skinny vibes, skinny vibes.......etc
